We are docked next to the iconic blue tower. The jetty entrance is located directly in front of Spero Greek Restaurant and the Prawn Star Mooloolaba trawlers.

Passengers are required to arrive 15–30 minutes prior to departure for boarding.

We cruise within the beautiful Mooloolah River in Mooloolaba.

If you’d like to learn more about the local waterways, culture, and history through authentic onboard commentary, we highly recommend our Bushtucker Cruise. The river system is much more than just waterfront mansions - it’s rich with stories, wildlife, and deep connections to the region.

We aim to make all our experiences as accessible as possible. While our main vessel deck still has obstacles and is not wheelchair friendly (with three steps down a ladder to the bathroom and saloon area), our Guided Canoe Tours are now fully launched and 100% accessible.

Everyone can now enjoy paddling the Mooloolah River safely, with adaptive equipment and a guided experience designed for all abilities.

Yes, we have a comfortable bathroom on board, along with modern facilities and a welcoming saloon area for guests to relax if needed.

Please note, accessing the bathroom and saloon requires three steps down a ladder, so assistance may be required for those with limited mobility.

We require a minimum of 8 passengers to run our cruises. If this number isn’t met, we may need to cancel the cruise and reschedule you for another day.

Please keep an eye on your email or mobile for updates. If your cruise is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.

The safety and well-being of our passengers is at the forefront of our company. If the weather forecast is heavy rain/winds we will communicate the status of your trip within 24 hours. If your trip is postponed, your tickets can be used on any future tours, or a voucher of the same value can be supplied and is valid for 3 years. If neither of those options are suitable, a refund can be provided.

Cancellations less than 48 hours of departure will forfeit the full cost of the trip. Failure to turn up for your trip incurs a 100% cancellation fee- No refund. 


Cancellations within 7 days prior can receive a credit/voucher. No refunds within 7 days.


Note - Expiry of credit/voucher is 3 years from date of issue.

No. Our vessel has a fully licensed bar with a range of local craft beer, local spirits and cocktails


Yes, we can accommodate some dietary requirements when requested at the time of booking. Please let us know your needs in advance so we can ensure your experience is enjoyable and safe.
