Do you have an office?

Yes, we are based at Shop 29, 123 Parkyn Parade Mooloolaba- Saltwater Experiences.

Where do you go?

  • Passengers board at The Wharf, Mooloolaba
  • Our tours cruise through the Mooloolaba canals


How often do tours run?

  • Tuesday - Sunday
  • Mondays on request


Are your tours accessible for everyone?

  • We do our best to make our experiences as accessible as possible; however, our deck space has various obstacles and is not wheelchair friendly
  • 3 steps down a ladder to access bathroom and saloon area.
  • Children under 14 must be supervised at all times.


Is there a bathroom on board?

  • Yes, we have a newly renovated and comfortable bathroom on board.


What happens in wet weather?

  • The safety and well-being of our passengers is at the forefront of our company, therefore if the weather forecast is heavy rain/winds we will communicate within 24 hours of each tour around our decision to post-pone, in which case your ticket can be used on any future tours, or a voucher to the same value can be supplied valid for 3 years. If neither of those options are suitable, a refund can be provided.


What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations less than  48 hours of departure will forfeit the full cost of the trip.
  • Failure to turn up for your trip incurs a 100% cancellation fee. No refund.
  • Cancellations 48 hours prior can receive a credit/voucher or a refund may be provided.


Can we BYO?

  • No BYO drinks. Our vessel has a fully licensed bar with a range of local craft beer, local spirits and cocktails


Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, our onboard chef and experiences crew can cater for most dietary needs if communicated 24 hours prior to departure.
